Boulder Junction Snowmobiling and Snowmobile Trail Condition Reports

Welcome to the Boulder Junction Trail Reports page. As regular visitors to Boulder Junction will know, the local snowmobile club offers some of the finest riding in the Midwest.

The 130 miles of trail in and around the Boulder Junction area are constantly groomed throughout the season, to keep them in tip-top shape. The trails are connected to hundreds of miles of Vilas County trails, and thousands of miles of northern Wisconsin trails. It's no accident that our area continually wins awards for best snowmobile destination. It is also worth noting that Boulder Junction lies far enough north that we are well inside the U.P. snow-belt. We often receive lake effect snow that communities to our south do not receive.
