Snowmobiling Conditions Reports
Located in
the center of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, which was recently
named one of Top Ten Destinations in the world to visit,
Top Ten Winter Family Getaways, and
Top Ten for outdoorsmen to live, Marquette Country is home to
Northern Michigan University and one of two Olympic Training Centers
in the United States. Recreation is the name of the game in the
county. From hiking, biking, beach walking, kayaking, skiing,
snowmobiling, ice climbing, snowshoeing, hunting and fishing we have
it all “just five minutes away” from any of our major cities.
Fall offers up a fine display of
splendor with brilliant color throughout the county. A great way to
get in touch with the fall color is by hiking or biking on the many
trails throughout the county. If you prefer to drive you can print
out your ready-made fall color tour of the county and package up
your room directly from our web site.
Marquette offers many events
throughout the year from The Blues Fest, Seafood Fest, Superior Bike
Fest, Noquemanon Ski Race, Ski Jumping and Suicide Bowl, Ore to
Shore Bike Race and the UP200 Sled Dog Race.

Snowmobiling Conditions Reports
With tempatures in the 40-50's trails are in very poor shape. We received lots of riders last weekend looking for maybe that last thrill before next winter. All we can do is hope for a snowstorm.
