Turtle Flambeau Flowage and Mercer, Wisconsin Snowmobiling and Snowmobile Trail Condition Reports test dear lodge <stay@flambeaulodging.com> - Monday, December 12, 2016 at 05:56:26 (PST) With the 2 week forecast we are looking at the 1st or 2nd week of Jan for decent trails. It has been cold the last 4 days which is good, hopefully we don.t get any snow till we freeze the lakes & swamps up. I will keep you posted if anything changes. Trails will run from fair to very good. we still can’t get through the swamps to groom them all. cold weather on the way hopefully in a week we can get through them. The flowage is marked from GATEWAY LODGE [north end of the flowage ] to springstead landing, will be marking from springstead to Murrays landing sat pm – sun am their is quite a bit of slush right now. stay on the trail & you will have good ice below you.
