Minocqua Winter Park (web site)
Is recognized as one of the top cross country ski areas in the Mid-West and provides a full range of services for the cross country skier including: 75 km of Piston Bully groomed terrain with 65 km groomed for both skating and striding and 10 km groomed for striding only. Open daily except Wednesdays (open Wednesday during Christmas Holidays) Open telemarking slopes.   Chalet with cafe, day lodge and heated waxing room, Ski shop - retail, rental and P.S.I.A. certified ski school

Madeline Lake
A variety of beautiful scenery. The first half is an area that was cut over 5 -10 years ago; the second half is older timber. Winds around three lakes.
Length:  9.5 miles
Location:  Take Hwy 47 E. of Woodruff, turn left on Townline Road. Parking available between Townline Road and Rudolph Road.

Raven
Approximately half of the trail winds through an area that was logged about 10 years ago, the remainder is heavily wooded. Both Inkpot and Clear Lakes can be seen from the trail.
Length:  6.5 miles
Location:  Take Hwy 47 E. to Woodruff, turn left on Woodruff Road to Raven sign.
