St Germain and Sayner, Wisconsin Cross Country Ski Trail Information

Fallison Lake
Beautiful, very hilly trail, with spectacular view of Fallison Lake. Interpretive labels along the trail.
Length:  1.5 miles
Location:  Across from Crystal Lake Campground on Hwy N., W. of Sayner.

Razorback Ridges
Trail is maintained by the Sayner-Star Lake Lion's Club. Very scenic trails, featuring many different terrains, for beginners to expert skiers.
Length:  19.3 K (12 miles)
Location:  2 miles W. of Sayner on Hwy N at McKay's Corner Store.

Fern Ridge
This somewhat rugged trail offers striking contrasts in terrain. Guided hikes can be arranged by calling Cora Mollen at (715) 542-3749. Special attention is given to the many wildflowers, trees, and non-flowering plants that make the trail beautiful during all seasons. 
Length:  40 minutes
Location:  N. of St. Germain on Hwy 155 opposite Big St. Germain Drive.

Shannon Lake
Approximately half of the trail runs through an area that was just recently logged. The remainder of the trail meanders through a variety of northern hardwoods. The loop around Shannon Lake is especially scenic.
Length:  7 miles
Location:  2.5 miles N.E. of St. Germain, off CTH "G" or off Found Lake Road.
