We got 8 inches of snow yesterday and expect more today and this weekend. Trails are in very good to excellent condition. The Derby is this weekend so it may be hard to find a room in the area. If you can swing it, try to come on Monday and leave on Thur. or Fri. Most of us offer a discount Sun. thru Wed.

I went for a ride yesterday (Wed) from Conover to Phelps up to Land O Lakes and Watersmeet and thru the Cisco Chain of Lakes back to home here in Conover. Overall the trails are fair to very good. Mostly very good. The groomers have done an excellent job with the snow they have to work with. I personally didn't ride south to Eagle River but I know they don't have quite as much snow there. I hear the trails are fair to good around Eagle though. The rental places ARE renting their sleds out.
This weekend is normally a light weekend, number of sledder wise.
We expect snow over the weekend. With 4 inches or more we could probably rate our trails very good to excellent.
